Landscape Construction
and Management

On completion of your design Paul can arrange full construction of your project. He can engage your preferred contractor(s) or other independant contractors on your behalf to implement the design via;
Documentation Phase including;
- Preparation of contract documents and design documentation including working drawings and specifications for construction contractors
- Gaining approvals/agreements that may need to be sought to facilitate construction
Administration Phase including;
- Calling for and advising on tenders
- Periodic inspection of works to ensure that construction is in accordance with the plan(s)
and specifications
- Authorising contractors payments
- Finalising contracts

• Documentation and Administration Cost charged as a % fee of overall construction budget (subject to the project's complexity) or by hourly rate to an agreed fee limit.

DIY Construction
Alternatively you may wish to construct the design as a DIY. Consider utilising Paul for ongoing advice and supervision as you need it or with each step of  construction.

Paul is licenced to supervise landscaping and ancillory building works - Lic. BLD 37013

Plants and garden accessories can be sourced, supplied and setout for projects by Landimpact. Contractor to install.
